Scary But Beautiful Studios Shipping Policy

At Scary But Beautiful Studios, we're committed to lessening our environmental impact. We've adopted a hybrid system, with most of our garments ready-made and some made-to-order. Please check the details of each item to know its status!

For items in production, please allow 15-25 days for production, with the timeframe varying based on the size of your order. Once your order is complete, it will be individually packed and boxed. Tracking numbers will be provided via your selected update method at checkout (text/email).

Domestic Shipping:
Final delivery times are determined by USPS for U.S. orders. Depending on your location, another courier may handle the final delivery if necessary.

International Shipping:
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times will vary based on the destination country and the courier service used.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package.
For international shipments, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect Addresses:
Scary But Beautiful Studios is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is fully responsible for covering the cost to reship the package.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
