At Scary But Beautiful Studios, we care about the environment. That’s why we use a hybrid system—some items are ready-made, while others are made-to-order. Check each item’s details to know its status!

Shipping & Tracking:
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a tracking number via your chosen method (text/email).

Domestic: USPS handles most U.S. deliveries, but a different courier may be used if needed.
International: You may need to pay duties and taxes, depending on your country.

Important Notes:

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping costs are based on weight.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover the cost to reship it.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
